  2. the most encouraging part of this series for me has been the permission to rest in small and big ways. as a culture and a church, we tend to emphasize busyness and hard work. i really needed to be reminded and challenged to protect rest so that i could do more fulfilling and risky things instead of toiling away on that proverbial hamster wheel.

  3. The most encouraging thing from your 31 days was to look for the risk and the rest in the people I love. It IS important for both of those things to be in our lives, and it is wise to encourage family to make them a priority.

    Thanks for your widsom!!
