Ingredients for a Restful Weekend

1. A location free of distractions.

2. Like-minded friends, who listen, encourage & challenge as we catch up on life. There isn’t a need to fill the silence with noisy conversation but at the same time we’re completely comfortable with silly chatter that can develop into uncontrollable laughter.

3. Laid back meal planning. One quick grocery run for the essentials which may consist of watermelon, Grainger Co. tomatoes, homemade guacamole, chips, mozzarella, olive oil, basil, potatoes, salmon, filet mignon, salt & pepper, sourdough bread, pinot noir, coffee, mt dew, granola bars & butter.

4. Grandparents a.k.a. somewhere fun for your kids.

5. Repeat yearly. {our 2011 trip}
