31 Days of Our Lives :: Day 16 ~ Stone

Stone is our youngest son. He will turn 7 in a few months. Stone has been sweet since birth. He was by far our most laid back & content baby, however, having two older brothers has made him quite tough.

My interview with Stone:

What do you want to be when you grow up? A restaurant person because I wrote a cookbook and I want to make the things I wrote about.
What is your favorite food? Mac-n-cheese.
What is your favorite drink? Coca-Cola
What is your favorite dessert? Chocolate Cake
What is your favorite movie? The Smurfs
Do you have a girlfriend? Abigail, but I’m not going to tell her or anyone in my class that she’s my girlfriend.
Do you have a bestfriend? Yes.
What is one word that describes your mom? Helpful.
What is one word that describes your dad? Cool.
What is your favorite thing to do in your free time? Hold onto the monkey bars and do a flip.
Do you like to play sports? Yes, soccer.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? Asheville, because my grandparents live there.
Do you have a question that you would like to ask God? Will I get to see you soon?

What are a few more things that I can tell you about Stone?

He loves to write stories and make little books. He loves to draw. He loves school so much that he will come home and play school, teaching whoever will listen to him. Give him a cardboard box and he will create something amazing. With a little encouragement from us, this summer he learned to swim and ride his bike, pretty much all on his own. Like his dad, he’s a hugger. Like his mom, he can “smeyes” {smile with his eyes} and he didn’t need Tyra Banks to teach him that!

  1. I agree, he has such a beautiful heart. My favorite story about Stone..one day I was visiting Chicago (he was about 2 y.o. and had just started talking), we were driving in the limo listening to Beyonce’s Irreplacable. All the sudden we hear Stone singing from the back seat “To the left, to the left”. We all got a good laugh. I love his hugs and Greg’s hugs too! Wish I got to have them more often!

  2. I love those eyes! I learn something new from you guys everyday-smeyes :) I love his creativity and his hugs are the best! Thanks for sharing.
