A few months ago I saw this on Pinterest {above}. Loved it! My earrings have been hiding in various small boxes in my bathroom and closet. I loved the idea of using a cheese grater to hang my earrings. A few weeks ago, I was “shopping” in my parents house, and came across a cheese grater and they said I could have it.
Look how nice my earrings look hanging on here! And it’s shiny!

Did you sand down the sharp edges or leave them as they come?
i did not sand down the edges so they are a little sharp but when handled gently it’s not a big deal.
You definitely should have painted yours….
thanks for your opinion! i will probably paint it eventually, but for now i like the shiny steel look.
